Work is completed by independent local heat pump installations. We do not directly perform installation, repair, or maintenance services.

You are responsible for evaluating quotes, verifying credentials, and entering into agreements directly with the technician who contacts you. You must comply with all applicable laws and obtain necessary permits for work performed at your property.

No Guarantee of Service

We make reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified technician to contact you, but we do not guarantee availability, response time, pricing, or quality of work performed by independent technicians. Any agreement for services is between you and the technician.

Referral Fees

We may receive referral fees from technicians when you engage their services. This does not affect the price you pay or the independence of the technician.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from work performed by independent technicians, including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. Our total liability for any claim related to this site or our coordination service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
